Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Management and Accounting, STIE Jayakusuma undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process in which the identities of authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Review Stages

1. Initial editorial screening.
2. Assignment to at least two reviewers.
3. Peer review and evaluation.
4. Editorial decision.
5. Revision and final publication.

The review process is conducted objectively, independently, and confidentially.
